These unproduced screenplays represent some of the strongest work from Mean Time Productions. We're sharing them here because we believe they deserve to be seen. While many were written collaboratively, each reflects Mean Time founder Michael Mongillo's sensibilities, infusing literary prose, strong mood, and psychological undercurrents into the action lines. They are crafted to make readers see the envisioned imagery and feel the intended tone; it has been remarked that reading our scripts is like having a movie described to you in real time.

For more than thirty years, Team Mean Time has produced a range of features that have screened at major festivals, secured distribution through companies such as Quiver, Sony, and The Orchard, and reached audiences on platforms from Netflix to Showtime. While the future of continued productions depends on just the right circumstances, our commitment to storytelling remains constant.
